The Best Speed Cubes at Every Price
My favorite speed cubes under $10, from $10 to $25, from $25 to $50, and the top cubes over $50.
SpeedCubeShop is my partner. When you buy with my links, I earn a little money. You also save 5%, because my links add my code JCUBE for you. Prices and stock change, so check the price before you buy.
Here are my picks at every price. Just find your budget and pick one.
One thing first: a pricey cube will not make you fast. A $9 cube can take you really far. You pay more for how the cube feels, not for speed.
Under $10
Still using a store cube? Any of these will feel way better.

MoYu RS3M V5
about $9My pick for most people. It feels steady and it is easy to control.

MoYu RS3M 2020
about $9A classic. It got the most votes in our budget cube poll.

$10 to $25
This is the sweet spot. You get a lot of cube for the money.

DaYan GuHong Pro+
about $19It has MagLev and core magnets, and it comes in 3 sizes: 54, 55 or 56 mm. Great if you have small hands.

QiYi M Pro V3
about $14The newest M Pro. You can tune how it feels. The Pioneer version (about $20) adds MagLev and core magnets.

Also good in this range: the MoYu RS3M 2021 MagLev (about $14), the Swift Block Super (about $24), and the X-Man Tornado V3 Premium (about $23).

GAN V100
about $30 to $35Light, a little small at 55 mm, and very popular. The Leap version is about $30. The MagLev version is about $35. One honest note: some owners say a corner can catch now and then.

$50 and up
These are the top cubes from each brand. They feel amazing. But they will not make you seconds faster. Your hands do that. Buy one if you love cubes and want the best feel.

MoYu Super WeiLong V2 (MagLev)
about $82MagLev and a ball core with 20 magnets.

X-Man Tornado V5 Pioneer
about $55The cheapest of these three. MagLev and a ball core with 20 magnets.
Brand new: the GAN 17 MagDrive (about $85). It just came out, so there are only a few reviews so far.
